To extract Call Data Records log on to Wavetel Customer Control Panel (Link Below).


Customer Control Panel

1- Sign in to your control panel by entering your Username and Password and click on Login.

2-On the Home page,go to the Control Panel tab (Top Right Corner ) a drop down menu will occur, then Select Call Data Records( As Shown).


3- Under Search Records,select the starting and the ending dates and time of the call record.



4-By clicking on Show Result you will have the Call Data Record (As Shown).It will show you the Date and the time of each call,the Caller ,the Destination,the Duration of the call and the Cost.It also gives you the option to download or Delete the Voice Recording of a call.


5- You can also download a copy of the Call Data Records in an Excel Sheet by Clicking on Download CDR'S.
